Mr. Zackiel Ansah Owusu is an Operations Management Practitioner with demonstrated experience in the construction and engineering sector. He has strong ability to optimize processes and resources, ensuring that organization operates efficiently and meets their goals. He is a strong business development professional, skilled in Project Management, Critical Thinking, Build- Design Engineering, Strategic Planning, Automation and Technology Integration, Data Analysis, Database Management, Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Systems, Environmental Sustainability, Financial Analysis, Health and Safety Regulations, Inventory Management Systems, IT and Systems Integration, Process Mapping and Improvement, Regulatory Compliance, Supply Chain Management, Vendor and Supplier Management, etc.

As Chief Executive Officer of 1st Class Engineering and Construction Services Ltd., Mr. Owusu is responsible for leading the company in providing an exceptional construction experience for our clients, business partners, and employees.

He is a visionary who built a business around Integrity, Professionalism and Accountability. Over the last ten (10) year, he spearheaded the successful establishment of Ghana’s pioneering Integration Recycling Facility in Takoradi, under the guidance of the Jospong Group of Companies’ Executive Chairman. He managed stakeholder engagement with local chiefs, the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Takoradi, and the Planning Department at the Assembly, fostering crucial partnerships. He contributed to the project’s design, survey and access road planning, ensuring efficient machinery usage and adherence to sustainability goals, while maintaining the highest safety standards. The landmark project’s commissioning was honored by the President of the Republic of Ghana, laying the groundwork for future IRECOP initiatives in additional regions.

He developed and implemented an advanced safety training program for landfill staff, focusing on hazard recognition, emergency response, and continuous improvement in safety procedures. He has personally participated in several professional course such as Urban Mining Business with Recycling, Strategic Thinking for High Performance, Supervisory Leadership Skills Building, Research, Innovation and Development, Quality Control, etc..in Ghana, South Africa, and Thailand. He holds MSc. Project Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology and BSc. Water & Sanitation from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Mr. Vincent Aziati is a licensed Architect with over ten (10) years’ experience designing and managing architectural projects across commercial, residential, and institutional sectors. He has led design teams, coordinated with engineers and contractors, and delivered projects from concept to completion. Mr. Vincent Aziati is proficiency in BIM (Building

Information Model), Autodesk AutoCAD architecture, Sketch Up, Autodesk Lumion, etc., with a strong focus on detailed planning and implementation, team collaboration, and problem-solving. His career reflects a commitment to quality, innovation, and client satisfaction. Adept at applying knowledge of architectural principles and practices. Focused on coordinating project efforts with architectural and engineering teams. Problem-solving and critical thinking is his strongest qualities.

BSc. Civil Eng.

Mr. Kwabena D. Blankson is an experience Civil Engineer with over eight (8) years of hands- on expertise in urban and rural infrastructure planning, design, supervision, and project management. Proven track record as Resident Engineer and Site/Civil Engineer on diverse assignments involving feasibility studies, detailed engineering design, design review, and construction supervision, particularly within urban environments. Skilled in road network planning, geometric and pavement design, drainage systems, and civil building works.

Adept in computer-based design tools, including PDS and AutoCAD, and highly effective in multidisciplinary team settings. Committed to delivering high-quality engineering solutions that meet technical standards, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.

Mr. Daniel Quayson is an experienced and talented Quantity Surveyor and Estimator with over twelve (12) years of professional expertise spanning the manufacturing, construction, and engineering sectors. He is highly skilled in cost estimation and monitoring, budget preparation, procurement and negotiation, project cost control and reporting across diverse systems and procedures, ensuring financial efficiency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

His dynamic approach and deep understanding of quantity surveying make him a valuable asset to any reputable firm seeking precision, reliability, and cost efficiency in project execution.

BSc. QSCE, HND Civil Eng.

Mr. Sampson Kofi Imbeah has over Seven (7) years qualification experience in delivering engineering projects, preparing of estimates and geo-environmental engineering projects to relevant codes and standards in both public and private sector institutions. He has competence in the execution and management of engineering projects including liaising with clients, budgeting and preparing of Bill of Quantity for a project, cost tracking and resource coordination. He also has good working knowledge in Total Quality Management Systems, Data Management, Occupational Health and Safety, Technical Reporting as well as a team player.

Mr. Sampson Kofi Imbeah is proficient with a variety of industry software, including CADD systems. He is able to coordinate with clients to ensure efficient completion of projects and compliance to safety standards.

Mr. Francis Nguah is a dynamic Civil Engineer and Project Planner with a proven track record in managing large-scale infrastructure projects from concept to completion. He demonstrates rcih experience in project planning, design review and execution, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within budget and time constraints. Proficient in modern industry standard software, including Oracle Primavera p6, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Navis CAD, and AutoCAD. Mr. Paul Ntaamah is an experience Electrical Engineer with a strong ability to adapt quickly to diverse electrical and electronic systems with minimal supervision. Mr. Paul Ntaamah is an Environmental and Social Safeguard Specialist with twelve (12) experience waste management operations, health and safety oversight, and strategic planning. Proven ability to lead complex environmental projects, optimize logistics, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Adept at stakeholder engagement, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership. Committed to sustainable and continuous improvement in operational systems.

Mr. Ibrahim Abass is a passionate Geologist

with hands-on experience in geochemical exploration and field operations within Ghana’s upstream petroleum sector. He holde BSc. Earth Science with major in Petroleum Geoscience from the University of Ghana, Legon. He contributed to the Voltaian Basin Project at Ghana National Petroleum Corporation(GNPC), where he conducted soil gas sampling, coordinated field teams, and supported geochemical survey monitoring. His exposure to multidisciplinary training including seismic acquisition, reservoir engineering, and drilling has equipped him with a broad understanding of petroleum systems. Mr. Ibrahim Abass has also participated in diverse geological fieldwork across Ghana, enhancing his practical skills in hydrogeology and regional geology. He brings strong analytical abilities, teamwork, and adaptability to every project.
